2. Booking Process
2.1 Inquiries: To inquire about availability or additional information, you are required to provide your name and email address using the inquiry form on the website.
2.2 Reservations: To confirm a reservation, the following information is required:
- Full Name
- Country of Residence
- Email Address
- Phone Number
Additionally, a deposit of 30% of the total booking amount must be paid at the time of reservation. This deposit guarantees your booking.
3. Payment Terms
Prepayment can be made via bank transfer or credit card. The remaining balance is to be paid before your arrival.
4. Cancellation Policy
4.1 Cancellations by the Guest:
Deposits are refundable up to 30 days before arrival. In case of cancellation within 30 days of arrival, the deposit will be non-refundable.
4.2 Cancellations by the Property: In the unlikely event that we need to cancel your reservation, we will notify you promptly and provide a full refund of any payments made.
5. Use of the Villas
Guests are expected to use the villas responsibly and adhere to the house rules provided upon arrival. Any damages caused by misuse may result in additional charges.
6. Privacy Policy
Your personal information, including your name, email address, phone number, and country of residence, will be used solely for the purpose of managing inquiries and reservations. We will not share your data with third parties, except as required by Slovenian law.
7. Limitation of Liability
KOIS, d.o.o., will not be held liable for any personal injuries, losses, or damages incurred during your stay, except as required by Slovenian law. Guests are encouraged to have personal travel insurance.
8. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from the use of this website or the rental of the villas shall be governed by the laws of Slovenia. The jurisdiction for resolving such disputes will be the competent court in Maribor.
